No Refunds on Custom Orders
At Tee's Custom Favors, all items are custom-made to your specifications. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or returns on completed orders.Order Process & Payment Requirements

Full payment is required at the time of order.

A mockup design will be provided within 3 business days after payment.

Once the mockup is approved by the buyer, the order will be assembled and shipped.
Mockup Approval & Refund Policy

If the buyer does not approve the design, a refund will be issued, minus a $25 design fee for the time spent creating the custom mockup.

If the buyer approves the mockup, no further changes or cancellations can be made, and the order will be finalized for production.
Shipping & Processing

Orders will be shipped after mockup approval and production completion.
